Delivery and Shipping
As each and every item is hand made for you, I do require some time after you place your order to actually make it. In most instances, I will aim to process your order within 5 working days. At peak times, such as Christmas this time frame may increase. If in any doubt please contact me directly to check.
If you're in a rush and are looking for something specific, please get in touch directly to enquire and I'll do my best to help you. Some items may be kept 'in stock' and partially made in advance, meaning that I may be able to get your order in the post quicker than the time stated.
All items shipped are fully insured to the value you paid, you will also be provided with a tracking reference when dispatch is confirmed. All deliveries require a signature, if you choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place then insurance only covers delivery to that safe place, after which you are liable for the safety of the parcel and any potential losses. If an item is lost in the post, I am unable to replace it until the investigation with the shipping provider has been completed.
** There have been a few changes as a result of Covid-19. I am not able to offer next day deliveries within the UK at the moment. Standard delivery is still free of charge and delivered via a contactless courier service that has a 1-2 working day delivery aim. Unfortunately there are still some delays as a result of the pandemic and in these instances I would very much appreciate your patience, you will be sent a tracking number to help you understand where your delivery is, but please get in contact if I can help further. For worldwide deliveries, please contact me directly to discuss the options available to you and associated costs. **
