Christmas 2022 - order deadlines, delivery and workshop break

Thanks so much for stopping by to look at my jewellery for your loved ones this Christmas.

With current plans for Royal Mail strikes, I'm afraid my last postage date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is currently Saturday 17th December.  (If the proposed strikes are cancelled, I may be able to extend this by a couple of days, but this obviously isn't guaranteed). This means that for pieces that are made to order, orders must be placed by midnight Monday 12 December.

I will have some pieces that are made to order and therefore will be able to be posted without delay, however if in you're in any doubt, please drop me a message to check.

If you've placed an order and are still awaiting its arrival, please be aware that there may be some delays with deliveries as a result of the strikes and general increased volume of mail at this time of year. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email and tracking reference to make sure you can keep an eye on your parcels progress via the Royal Mail website. All pieces are sent 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed,' but if you're at all  worried, please contact me at your earliest opportunity and I'll always do my best to help.

From Monday 19th December until Wednesday 4th January, I will be taking a little break and resting my weary makers hands. Orders can still be placed, but may not be made or shipped until after the 4th. During this time my responses to messages will also be delayed, but I will respond when I return.

I'd also like to take the opportunity to thank you for your support and custom during this year, it's really so very appreciated and I've loved making jewellery for you! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, I wish you health and happiness and hope to see you next year! Lucy xx
